NEWCOMB-TULANE COLLEGE

While pursuing my BA at Tulane, I was able to study a myriad of coursework ranging from psychology and critical race theory to sculpture and drawing to finance and economics. Please feel free to read over some of the writing samples I produced during my colorful undergraduate career.

Although I received an academic scholarship to attend Tulane, I still wanted to continue my athletic career and walked onto the Green Wave Football team. I received recognition in the form of a Top Athlete award, Most Improved award and a Most Valuable Scout Player award.

In between studies and practice, I was also able to volunteer for wonderful local organizations including The Green Project and Our School at Blair Grocery as well as an ESL tutoring stint at Benjamin Franklin Elementary.

After I graduated from undergrad, I explored several other options that could supplement my newly acquired degree. After a lengthy application and interview process structured much like a job, I was accepted into the inaugural class for the Master of Management program.

The coursework prepared me for the various roles at start-up up organizations I would go on to take. The program provided me with real world experience as well allowing me to complete consulting projects for a variety of organizations with actual problems to address. Many of these projects were done in small teams and examples of group and independent work can be found below.
